A new entertainment location called The Rec Room has opened at a mall in Edmonton, Canada.
Located in the West Edmonton Mall, the location has a dedicated gaming area called The Yard, which contains over 90 amusements games to play. Credits and points earned are tracked on RFID bracelets and can be redeemed at The Trophy Case redemption store for prizes.
The Rec Room also features a VR arcade featuring a multi-sports simulator and an augmented climbing wall, as well as classics like shuffleboard, billiards, air hockey and ping pong.
This range of entertainment is supplemented by an extensive food and beverage offering, including restaurants Three10 and The Shed, as well as several bars.
