Arachnid, BullShooter and TouchTunes have come together to designate June 29 as National Darts Day.

The new holiday has been created to honour the rich history and cultural impact of one of the world’s most iconic bar games.
June 29 has been chosen as it is the 180th day of the year, recognising the highest possible score in a single round of darts.
Arachnid’s electronic soft-tip darts game is now in more than 13,000 venues across the US and also hosts the BullShooter World Tour.
As part of the holiday celebrations, BullShooter will be holding the World Records Live Stream, where players will attempt to set new world records live. Events range from Most Consecutive Bullseyes to Fastest Speed Cricket, before culminating in a Charity Exhibition Match, with US$50 donated per bullseye hit up to $5,000 to Angelina’s Song, a charity that brings music and joy to children’s hospitals. The event will be livestreamed on BullShooter’s Facebook, YouTube and Twitch pages.
Players will also be able to take on the best of the best as part of Play the Pro, which will allow them to take on elite players in online matchups.
Trick Shot Challenge invites players to share their most creative darts shots on social media, tagging BullShooter and #NationalDartsDay, for a chance to be features across BullShooter’s challenges.
