Masaya Nakamura, the founder of Namco, has been presented with one of the highest awards that anyone can receive from the Japanese Government.

In the Spring Conferment of Decorations, in the field of industry, Nakamura received the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays with Rosette in recognition of his valuable contribution to the industry.
