Coin-op amusement giant Namco America has expanded its service department with the addition of Neil Goheen, who has joined the company in the customer service department as a bench technician.

Goheen has spent the past six years working in the technical department for Dell Electronics, the designer of Namco America’s Jumpin’ Jackpot and Flamin’ Finger redemption games. He will be working together with the Bandai Namco Games technical group in Japan and other service partners to help provide the highest level of technical service to Namco America’s customers. It is hoped this step will help reduce the amount of repairs that need to be shipped to Japan for service, thereby reducing turnaround time and overall costs for customers.
