The Monkey C Monkey Do ropes course and adventure park in downtown Wiscasset, Maine, is up for sale
For a cool US$475,000, entrepeneurs and adventure enthusiasts can own the popular tourist attraction, according to B98.5.FM.
The park includes an array of attractions such as a giant swing, outdoor laser tag, and two ropes courses connected by ziplines. And if the new owners feel overcoming 60 obstacles is not enough, the radio station and news source indicates that their is ample room for expansion.
The listing for the park on BizQuest reads: "With a solid base of annual institutional clients, hundreds of five star reviews, and thousands of repeat customers, the business is poised for continued growth and, being an outdoor activity, remained profitable even through the pandemic of 2020."
There is also an ice cream shop and snack bar so visitors can get their F&B fix.
