Drop Zone and Toad Trip are latest titles to be announced from LAI Games.

Due to be launched at the IAAPA exhibition next month, Drop Zone is a new addition to the manufacturer’s prize merchandising line-up. An LED playfield sets the stage for simple but inviting game play that has players attempting to catch a stack of falling blocks between a pair of catcher blocks. As play continues, the blocks fall faster and the catchers get smaller. Players who reach the ninth or minor prize level can choose to accept an inexpensive prize or continue trying for a more valuable major prize by reaching Level 12.

Toad Trip is a prize vending video game. Loosely based on the classic Frogger arcade game, players attempt to help Alex the Toad navigate through four increasingly dangerous scenarios to find himself a new home, including a treacherous highway, a busy playground and a farm full of hidden dangers. Players get a bird’s eye view of obstacles before reaching them. The game is portrayed on a large LCD monitor and played with a single joystick.
