Merlin Entertainments will partner with a pair of AI innvators to utilise the technology at its attractions across the UK.

It will partner with Placemaking AI and Tellme AI as part of a Innovate UK programme from Digital Catapult.
Placemaking AI will be used to leverage real-time insights to create guest experiences and will working alongside Tellme AI, which creates virtual tour guides for tourist attractions.
The partnership is aimed at making Merlin Entertainment’s venues more accessible, entertaining and immersive for international audiences.
