Technology provider Innovative Technology has appointed Mark Chiu as customer support engineer of its Asia Pacific office in Brisbane, Australia.

Originally from Hong Kong, Mark immigrated to Australia to attend high school and has held customer support roles all of his working life. Most recently Mark held a senior role in a national POS Company where he was responsible for remote support in Queensland.

Mark said: “As customer support engineer my main focus will be providing face to face training with key customers across the Asia Pacific area and answering technical questions. When I joined ITL I spent a week with colleagues at the UK head office meeting the team and gaining vital product knowledge to ensure I can provide local support to customers in my area.”
