Saudi Arabia-based Malahi Leisure has signed three deals with real estate developers to operate new leisure concepts across the country.
The first is an agreement with Al-Mutlaq Real Estate Investment Company to lease the new 1Noos children’s soft play experience in Riyadh’s Al-Saadah district. The 2,626sq.m space will be operated by the company initially for 15 years.
Malahi has also signed two memorandums of understanding with Retail Real Estate and Emaar The Economic City, which will see the company operate two locations with its self-operated arcade games.
The company already operates brands such as Fizz, Wonus and Duos across Saudi Arabia, with the company pioneering cashless payments in its venues.
