LAI Group lifetime achievement

At an LAI Group dinner in Orlando on November 18, the group’s longest serving employee, Jacqueline Fletcher, was presented with a Lifetime Achievement Award by chairman Malcolm Steinberg.

Fletcher joined the group in 1972, as a secretary to Malcolm Steinberg and his assistant, and became executive PA in 1980 - a position she has held ever since.
