Out of home entertainment group Funlab has opened the first location for its latest brand, a 70s-themed karaoke bar, Jukes.

As InterGame reported in February, the new venture is located in the Crown Melbourne resort in the Australian city.
Jukes has 10 individually themed private rooms, catering from two to 25 people. They boast their own stages and include a props box with tambourines, maracas and feather boas so that even non-singers can join in.
The food and drink is equally 70s-themed and every hour the staff at the bar perform their own musical number for guests to enjoy.
Funlab CEO Michael Schreiber told the Broadsheet website: “We facilitate social fun - going out with your mates, meeting them in real life, dressing up and having somewhere to go. We want everyone to have a good time and karaoke is one of those experiences.”
