Banknote validator manufacturer Innovative Technology has appointed two new customer support engineers, Ian Johnson and Dan Humble, who will be based at its UK head office in Oldham, near Manchester.
“Ian and Dan have a strong cash handling background and have fitted straight into the team, providing telephone and email support,” said Andy Bassam, customer support. “Ian has over 21 years’ experience in technical, customer-facing roles and Dan has been in a technical support role since graduating.
“We pride ourselves on the level of service and support we provide at ITL and with an ever-expanding product range and customer base the appointment of Ian and Dan assures we can assist customers worldwide with implementation, updates and servicing.”
The new appointments come as Innovative Technology continues building work on a new 36,000sq.ft office building as part of the Innovative Business Park at its UK head office.
