It was the start of a phased reopening by theme parks in the state, all of them with smaller capacity.

On Friday of last week, Florida recorded 11,400 new cases of the virus and some cities and counties in the state have begun to reinstate some of the restrictions that were lifted two months ago.

Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom both reopened on Saturday with Epcot and Hollywood Studios getting back into business on Wednesday. Temperature checks are being taken on entry and all visitors have to wear masks.

Some other parks, including Universal Studios and SeaWorld, opened in June.
