IdealOne reported a satisfying start to 2023's EAG Expo in London, UK.
John Vallis, vice president of international business development at IdealOne, expressed on the first day of the latest instalment of the EAG that he was pleased with the interest the company and its products were recieving, both currently and since 2022's IAAPA Expo in Orlando.
One particular point of interest for delegates and customers was the company's recent IdealOne Kiosk innovation, which launched at IAAPA.
"The multifunctionality is the product's main success", said Vallis. "As well as being able to use the kiosk to purchase and top up game cards, users also have the opportunity to purchase attraction tickets and even order food and drink."
"The EAG is also a great opportuntity to connect with longstanding and potential customers, share ideas and push the envelope in terms of what is possible for the future."
