Sega is gearing up for this year’s IAAPA show with two large stands and an array of products from every category.

Big video racing game, Daytona Championship USA headlines with a brand new overhead lighting system. Paul Williams, CEO at Sega, said: “From data we see across many countries, Daytona is constantly ranking top three in FECs.”
The game’s party mode is an ambitious and demanding feature that allows operators to make setting up parties and custom tournaments simple and easy to organise. To demonstrate this feature, Sega is holding free seminars on its booth throughout the show.
Target Bravo: Operation Ghost will also be present. While the game is currently housed in a large cabinet, the shooter will be available in an upright to suit more locations. Other licensed video games such as Luigi’s Mansion Arcade and Let’s Go Island Dream Edition will also be on the stand.
In redemption, Maze Escape will be making its Florida bow. A brand new mechanical redemption game, players have to balance, juggle and maneuver a ball through a maze by rotating the super-sized wheel to land the ball in the bonus zone.
Sega will be showcasing Pirate Falls, a brand new pirate-themed redemption game. Using the unique barrel controller that rolls left to right, players have keep the pirate balanced on the log while collecting treasures that fall down the waterfall. Prize Arrow, Drop It Win It, Prize Locker and Key Master Mini are among a strong prize game line-up, while Sega’s prize division will also be showing its latest plush toys and electronic products.
It wouldn’t be a Sega stand without the famous blue mascot making an appearance and IAPPA 2017 is no different, with Sonic Basketball, Sonic Baby Air Hockey, Sonic All-stars four-player Air Hockey, Sonic Dash Extreme and Sonic Blast Ball making their show presence felt.
