The first IAAPA virtual conference will take place in September, says the US-based international association.
The first of a series, on The Americas, will be held from September 2-3, followed by another for the EMEA and APAC regions from September 22-24.
The digital events, says IAAPA, will enable the global community to come together and take part in the programme in their respective regional time zones.
The news comes at a time when there is increasing speculation about the fate of the big annual trade show run by IAAPA in Orlando, Florida, from November 17-20. The continuing pandemic in the US is causing concern for many international companies. Some are forecasting that the show will be cancelled or will become very much a US domestic event.
