IAAPA has appointed Jessi Quillen as its new vice president of digital strategy in the Orlando, Florida, US, office.

With a background in global digital marketing and technology spanning over 15 years, Quillen has experience in the retail and tourism sectors and specialises in CRM, web and loyalty experience.
Originally from the US, Quillen has spent time in the UK and says she is looking forwarding to using her expertise in digital strategy to drive IAAPA’s initiatives and create innovative solutions for its members.
Quillen said: “I am now extremely excited for the opportunity to work for IAAPA and create something amazing! I believe that, in this industry, the company's leadership and I'm eager to learn and do more in this space.”
