The urban renewal project will include more than 237,000sq.m of shopping, entertainment and dining space, along with luxury hotels and marina.
The project will create 85,000 new jobs in Greece, attract one million tourists a year.
While no details of the entertainment offering are available, the shopping mall will be the largest commercial complex in Greece, spanning 185,000sq.m and crowned by a futuristic mixed-use tower offering spectacular views.
