Hownd has seen its metrics improve thanks to a change of email

Hownd has seen an improvement in its delivered and suppressed email metrics since changing their outgoing domain.

Hownd campaigns are managed on three key metrics: Delivered, where emails are sent directly to the consumers email inbox (not spam folder), supressed, where emails are sent to a consumers junk folder and dropped, where the emails are not delivered.

In late May 2022, Hownd changed their outgoing domain from “locboxlabs” to “fromhownd” for all emails to customers. After some initial degradation, it saw its delivered rate go from 90 per cent to 96 per cent while suppressed dropped from nine per cent to three per cent.

This has directly led to an increase in revenue and customer visits for Hownd's FEC, LBE, and Attractions customers.”
