The Global Draw has been awarded the contract to be the sole supplier of gaming machines to Ladbrokes in the UK.
Last year The Global Draw won the contract to supply 95 per cent of Ladbrokes’ betting shop estate. Now, following encouraging machine performance in the first half of the rollout, The Global Draw has been awarded the remaining five per cent of Ladbrokes machines business.
Phil Horne, The Global Draw’s managing director, said: “We are delighted to be awarded 100 per cent of Ladbrokes’ machines business. Over the past few months we have worked extremely closely and look forward to continuing this proactive partnership for years to come.”
Nick Rust managing director, Ladbrokes Retail, added: “Ladbrokes remains focused on continuing improvements in its machine performance. We have significantly improved our machines offering and operational focus in recent months and by making The Global Draw our sole supplier we will continue to build our machine business.
The combination of our own expertise with The Global Draw’s strong content, experience and flexible Videobet platform have made us more competitive. Moving forward, Ladbrokes will deliver new innovations and content to ensure we further improve our competitive position.”
