Toca Social, the football entertainment venue, has announced a partnership that will see it expand into mainland Europe for the first time.

It has linked with Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW), a real estate developer, to place the brand in retail spaces across the continent. Two locations are planned in the first wave, set to open next year. It will see the brand open a venue in Westfield London, UK, and La Défense, Paris, France. Further locations are expected in the future.
Toca Social venues blend the sport of football and play, featuring simulators and other attractions alongside a high-end F&B offering.
It was founded by two-time World Cup winner Eddie Lewis and already has two venues in the UK in London and Birmingham.
Erik Anderson, Toca co-chairman and founder, said: “Building off the huge success of Toca Social at London’s O2, we are delighted to partner with URW to bring this one-of-a-kind football experience, which transforms the world’s largest sport, to a global audience.”
Toca Social’s president, Alex Harman, added: “Our shared commitment to innovation and creating unforgettable experiences will shape the future of how people engage with football throughout Europe, the world’s largest football market.”
