Coral Springs, Florida, is the location for a new virtual reality arcade opening its doors shortly.

CTRL V is a franchise venture being opened by Ian Ross and his father Steve, inspired by seeing lines of people waiting to enter a VR attraction in a local mall.
They found CTRL V, claimed to be the first virtual reality arcade in North America, says the local publication, the Coral Springs Talk. CTRL V opened in Canada in 2016.
The location is adjacent to the Coral Springs High School and the initial work is being undertaken by Ian and his wife, Chelsea. It will be the first VR arcade in Florida, they say, and the work on the project, delayed through coronavirus, should come to completion in October.
The venue will use 10 feet-square play stations – 16 of them in all – and will operate at $25 for each 60 minutes of play.
