US FEC operator Five Star Parks & Attractions has completed the acquisition of Scene75 Entertainment and its five locations.

Five Star Parks has acquired the venues in Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus and Dayton, all in Ohio and Romeoville, Illinois.
With the acquisition Five Star Parks now owns 25 FECs across 12 states, with the company saying the newly acquired sites will “complement Five Star Parks’ existing portfolio and further strengthen the company’s position as a leader in the family entertainment industry.”
The deal is the first since Five Star Parks was acquired by Court Square Capital Partners in March.
John Dunlap, CEO of Five Star Parks & Attractions, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Scene75 to the growing Five Star Parks family. We’ve been so impressed with Scene75's huge high-quality entertainment centres and we are excited to continue to innovate and build the brand with their talented team."
Scene75 has twice been recognised by IAAPA as being the number one family entertainment centre in North America, with its locations featuring a range of attractions including karting, mini-golf, laser tag and arcades.
