It is the first site of six in the UAE under a franchise agreement with entrepreneurs Matthew Csillag and David Zabinsky.

Located within the Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort and Marina, the 32,000sq.ft location features 17 golf simulators from Trackman. Each bay includes a multi-camera system for swing analysis, while six of the bays include TruGolf Multisport technology, providing a variety of different sporting experiences.

Alongside the simulators is a nine-hole mini-golf course with views over Dubai Marina, as well as a VIP members-only lounge which includes three simulators, an indoor putting green and table games.

There are also four bars on-site serving a variety of drinks, including an outdoor beach-themed bunker bar.

The new location is set to open later in the year and Zabinsky said: “Our vision is to deliver an exceptional golf and entertainment experience, paving the way for the sport's growth in the Middle East.

“We are committed to creating an environment that welcomes seasoned professionals and newcomers alike, establishing Five Iron Golf as the industry leader in the region.”
