A former retail building in a UK town could be transformed into a huge FEC under new plans.

The Grade II listed Sunwin House in Bradford was built 90-years-ago and opened as the Co-Operative Emporium but has more recently hosted retail store TJ Hughes.
Now plans have been submitted to Bradford council that would transform the ground floor of the building into a new FEC and café.
It would be named G.O.A.T Gaming and would include trampolines, mini-golf and VR.
A decision on the application is expected next month.
