Family Arcade, which will feature retro and modern games, is due to open in Gilmer, Texas.
Family Arcade owners says the inclusion of old and new games is intended to help the older and younger generations bond over trying new types of games.
Games include retro game cabinets as well as modern game consoles, with pinball machines and pool tables also available.
Admission is available by a day, half-day and hourly rate. Monthly rates are being considered after opening.
Due to the nature of the arcade, alcohol is not sold or permitted on the premises.
