The news came as part of its publication of financial results for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2024, which ended March 31.

It is the first set of results since the company was listed on the Nasdaq last year, with Falcon’s Beyond co-founder and executive chairman, Scott Demerau, saying that it marks an exciting new chapter for the company.

He said that the company plans to continue expanding, chiefly through its partnership with Saudi Arabian development Qiddiya. Demerau said: “As the entertainment industry continues to undergo rapid transformation, fuelled by unprecedented spending in both legacy US and new markets, we see immense growth potential for our company.”

As part of its deal with Qiddiya, Falcon’s Beyond will serve as the master planner and attraction designer for the recently announced Dragon Ball theme park.

The company also recently announced a licensing deal with Hersey, to bring its sweet brands including Reese’s, Jolly Rancher and Twizzlers to life as part of new location-based entertainment attractions.
