Escape rooms venue Rush Hour in Spalding, Lincolnshire, UK, is up for sale.
Owner Brett Harman has put the business on the market at just under £45,000.
Harman cites his voiceover work and his TikTok movie account as the reasons for the sale - they are taking up too much of his time, he said.
The business is situated on Red Lion Street in the town. In 2023 Rush Hour was a winner in the South Holland Business Awards as Small Business of the Year.
