A former trampoline centre with party rooms just outside of Edinburgh, Scotland, has come on the market.

The location, the Orcadia Trampoline Centre, is close to Portobello High Street and the popular promenade and beach and is up for sale at £285,000. The attraction has been in the same family ownership for many years and is well known locally.

It currently contains six trampolines, a party centre, a café and dance studio. It was originally opened by Drew and Sheila Kennedy in 1965.

Drew was an acrobat and had a trampoline act, touring with a circus in Europe with his wife. They retired in 1997 and leased out the business, says a report in Edinburgh News.
