The organisers of the 2014 EAG International Expo are urging those thinking of attending to book their accommodation as soon as possible.
EAG is to be held once again at the ExCeL exhibition centre in London on January 21-23, although this year it will be sharing the venue with another large international event.
The EAG International organisers have teamed up with Event Express, a specialist in hotel accommodation for exhibitions and events, to provide assistance to attendees.
“So often, we try to secure the best hotel price by spending time on the internet reviewing all the available options,” said organiser Karen Cooke. “The problem is that there are literally thousands of sites and the lowest headline price may not be the best deal if, for example, payment is required in advance or charges are applied to change the booking at a later date.
