The 20th anniversary of e-Service will be celebrated by the company at next week’s EAG in London with a special reception on Wednesday, says managing director Mike Clokie.

“When I first established e-Service, the aim was to be the operators’ friend - to supply a choice of components and services at competitive prices and open up the market to more competition.
"This was then further cemented with our repairs and installation services and now we have moved into cashless payments and digital and networked technology.
"Wherever the industry goes, we aim to be a step ahead so that operators can find what they want at a really good price.”
This year’s EAG will be no exception. E-Service will focus on its core products, including the innovative e-Payhub pool payment system.
Fitting an e-Payhub in a venue is a simple job, taking only a few minutes and can lift revenues by as much as 30 per cent when players are given the option to tap to play on site.
For licensed premises, the MyCheckr age verification system from Innovative Technology is very beneficial.
Not requiring wifi in order to work, this product offers peace of mind to operators and staff on site as it will always be on hand to back up those who have to make a judgement call on age related goods and services.
MyCheckr now boasts a number of new features which will be available to see on the stand at EAG for the first time.
The 3004-e change machine is a classic remastered. E-Service will take an existing Thomas change machine and utilise the metal cabinet while completely renewing the technology inside to bring it right up to date.
E-Service will also be showing the range of highly secure and technologically advanced banknote validators from Innovative Technology, offering casino level security at a mid-range price.
