Park operator Six Flags Entertainment has unveiled a digital strategy, centred on AI, which the company says will “revolutionise every facet of the guest journey.”

The strategy includes a new website, set to launch this year, which will leverage AI to enhance the guest experience, including personalisation, a new loyalty programme, and Missi Six, a new digital concierge powered by Generative AI, for the company’s app and website.
