New details regarding the refurbishment of a water park in Devon, England have been released.
Splashdown Quaywest, a water park in Paignton, Devon, UK, is due to recieve a range of new attractions and upgrades as part of a £3m refurbishment, reports Devon Live.
The new attractions are a three-lane multislide and an aqua-play zone, both beginning construction in the coming weeks and opening by summer 2023.
The refurbishment is part of a move by Splashdown managing director Alan Richmond to make the park more accessible to a "wider audience", in particular families with younger children.
Future aspects of the refurbishment include a new building with climbing wall activities, an entertainment centre for children and F&B amenities.
