Intermatic Manufacturing's Cotton Candy machine will be a feature on the long running television show The Price Is Right, Marcus Sheehan, the company's president, announced this week.

"We’re so happy with this recognition of the consumer appeal of our product, and we’re really excited that an established show like The Price Is Right has agreed to feature the machine, which is the latest in vending: a machine that makes fresh, all natural cotton candy, right before your eyes in 60 seconds," said Sheehan.

The Price Is Right is currently in its 38th season on the CBS Television Network, with host Drew Carey. The show reaches approximately five to six million viewers per day.

"As a result of this broad and established viewership, more and more people will be able to see how innovative the machine is, and how good the product is for you," continued Sheehan. "What’s more, the machine is 100 per cent made in the US, which is certainly a characteristic which will appeal to a lot of folks interested in the delivery of a good product, with only 70 calories per serving."

Intermatic is planning to exhibit the Cotton Candy vending machine at the Amusement Expo, Las Vegas, on March 10-12.
