Cosmic Air Park, an adventure park in Houston, Texas, US, has installed Semnox Solutions’ management system.
The park, which features arcade games, attractions and an F&B offering, said it was looking for a streamlined system that could manage all aspects of its business.
It has installed Semnox’s Parafait suite of solutions, which includes Lumin RFID tap-to-play readers for arcades games, self-service Klassic Kiosks for purchasing play and activities, and point-of-sale systems for food, beverage and entertainment sales.
The park has also implemented online and in-store liability waiver management, online attraction booking and a customised online party booking platform.
Shawn Meghani, owner of Cosmic Air Park, said: “In our older generation parks, we were running multiple systems, which added complexity and costs. For our new build, we needed a turnkey solution—one system that could run it all. After researching various providers, we chose Semnox because they not only checked every box but also offered the technological scalability to grow alongside our company.”
Following the successful implementation of the Semnox system, Meghani confirmed his plans to implement the Parafait system across all future locations, standardising the company’s operations.
