A climbing wall venue set up in a former hotel in Coventry, UK, is reopening with an injection of capital.

The venue is in what was once the Leofric Hotel and was opened as a climbing centre five years ago, but forced to close during the pandemic, reports The Business Desk.
Now it has reopened and is having a higher footfall than in pre-pandemic days, after help from the Coventry Chamber of Commerce in a rebuilding programme funded by the UK Government.
The climbing centre is in what was the hotel’s ballroom and has had £30,000 of investment and extra staffing.
