China is dropping the quarantine restrictions on international arrivals from yesterday (January 8), bringing much relief to the upcoming amusement and attractions industry events in the country.

In a major step towards reopening its borders, after nearly three years, incoming travellers will only have to show a negative Covid result obtained within 48 hours before departure.
It comes a few weeks before the GTI Asia China Expo, March 3-5, at Gaungzhou and the Asia Amusement & Attractions Expo, May 10-12, also at Guangzhou.
