One of the US’ largest mall operators, CBL Properties, has moved to increase the presence of entertainment brands at its 94 sites across the country.
Tilt Studio is set to open at the Dakota Square Mall, Minot, North Dakota in a 50,000sq.ft location. The FEC features a number of attractions including laser tag, mini-golf and an arcade at its other sites across the country.
Another Tilt Studio will open in Bismarck, North Dakota, at the Kirkwood Mall. This site will cover 92,500sq.ft in a former retail space.
In South Carolina, a new Stars and Strikes has taken over a former Dick’s Sporting Goods location at Coastal Grand Mall.
Meanwhile, Main Event has taken over a 38,000sq.ft space in the Cross Creek Mall in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
The signings are part of a five-year long undertaking by CBL Properties to see an expansion of entertainment operations.
