A leisure development in Colchester, UK, will include a Hollywood Bowl centre and Puttstars mini-golf.
The Hollywood Bowl site will include 20 bowling lanes and a bar on the ground floor, with six further lanes on the first floor.
The site will feature two Puttstars indoor mini-golf courses across two floors.
There will also be 55 gambling machines including slot, claw and coin push machines.
The Northern Gateway leisure complex development also includes an existing Cineworld cinema, Travelodge hotel, food outlets and other facilities.
