Bowlero has agreed a deal to acquire an entertainment centre in Michigan, US.
The Bam Entertainment Center, located in Holland, Michigan, will be bought by international operator Bowlero, according the Holland Sentinel.
The site is currently owned by Phil Huffman, who bought the business in 2005, but has decided now is the right time to sell.
Huffman says that Bowlero told him they don’t plan to make many changes to the venue and that current staff will remain in place.
He has operated a number of other venues nearby, including axe throwing and escape rooms.
