Bowlero has agreed a deal to acquire two venues in Arizona, US.

The bowling operator has entered into an agreement to acquire Mavrix and Octane Raceway in Scottsdale with the transaction  expected to be completed at the end of August.

The two venues mean the company will have 20 locations in Arizona.

Mavrix includes 22 lanes of building, a laser tag arena and an arcade with more than 85 games.

Octane Raceway features one of the most advanced karting tracks in the US, featuring year-round indoor and outdoor operation. It is also home to Velocity VR and interactive axe throwing in a venue measuring over 100,000sq.ft
