In the UK, the Independent Operators Association held its executive meeting at the offices of Blueprint Gaming on Tuesday, March 19, providing an opportunity for those attending to discuss the current and future Blueprint product range with Richard Wilson and Glynn Mellor.

At the end of the meeting, Wilson thanked attendees for their time and welcomed the members on behalf of the Gauselmann family. They were given a demonstration of some of the developments that are being undertaken by the Blueprint Group across a wide range of gaming products, including internet, mobile and international markets. Much of the time was spent discussing the developments of both reel-based product, including Gold Streak and the soon to be released Cop the Loot machine, and the newly developed Genie Video gaming cabinet designed for the UK Cat C market in conjunction with Gauselmann's development and manufacturing division.
The new Genie cabinet has been fine tuned thanks to close cooperation from independent operators in the UK to ensure it meets the needs of the industry, the company said.
The IOA confirmed its first deliveries of the product, which are expected early in April.
Wilson thanked the members for their continued support and said that the Gauselmann group remain committed to supporting independent operators in the UK market
IOA chairman John Powell said that he and his fellow members were looking forward to working closely with the Gauselmann Group and are keenly awaiting the receipt of the new products from within the Blueprint range.
