The American coin machine business was shocked at its annual ASI show when industry icon Bill Cravens suddenly died during the show.

A 40-year veteran of the business, Cravens began his career with Wurlitzer. He is survived by his wife, Marilyn and sons Todd and Ryan, both of whom are with distributor Betson.

Cravens, who died during the show on March 29, was a strong supporter of the trade association, the AAMA, and its charity. He was also chairman of the ASI show committee and received awards for this work within the association.
