Betson Enterprises, a division of H. Betti Industries, has launched its upgraded web portal to improve customer service.
“We’re excited to introduce our customers to this new portal,” said Kevin Fritz, vice president of financial services. “Our clients have always been our number one priority and we want to be proactive in improving our business processes for their convenience.”
The portal gives customers access to their purchase history, with other added benefits including the ability to view, print and download invoices and statements, faster load time, a more secure interface and new functionalities.
