Brazil is an emerging amusement market that is set for further development, Barron Games reported back from the Salex Expo held in Sao Paolo last month.

Anna Bacorn, director of sales at the company, noted upon visiting local entertainment centres that racing and motion simulator games are in high demand. Ticket redemption games, air hockey and large park rides also took up significant space within the arcades.

Bacorn said she was “thrilled” to be part of the “educational and cultural experience of this evolving industry.”

“There are still many more opportunities for us to explore within the growing South American market.”
