The business case for the Hunter Sports and Entertainment Precinct in Newcastle, New South Wales, has been completed.
Venues NSW are the developers for the proposed multifunctional facility at Hunter Park.
The news of the business case's completion comes from the Newcastle Herald, who state that the 11,000-seat intended development will now be the "first priority" for the area.
The Venues NSW website shares that the project has been in development since 2017, and will include playgrounds, multi-purpose leisure and entertainment opportunities and much more.
