NeoEdge Networks, the US-based provider of advertising supported games, has announced the appointment of Nolan Bushnell to the company's board of directors. As the inventor of Pong and founder of Atari, Bushnell is considered by many to be the 'father of the video game industry'.

“With more than 30 years of industry experience, he will leverage his entertainment and video game expertise to help establish NeoEdge as a definitive provider of advertising for online and downloadable games,” the company said.
