An artificial lagoon will anchor a new four acre entertainment complex that has been planned for Leander, Texas, US.
Crystal Lagoon will be a public-access facility built by the iLand Development Group and overall will occupy a 78 acre plot. The lagoon will be the focus, with a hotel, conference centre, retail, restaurants, residential, offices and entertainment also being constructed.
iCon Leisure is working on much of the project’s design and concept guidance and this one is in the metro area of Austin, with a local population of around 70,000 but with 2.5million living in the wider region.
The project is due to open in 2024.
