Arcades Pro project and product manager Ryan Smith said that his company’s booth at the EAG was very successful "once again."

A keen supporter of the London event for its ability to attract the company’s regular customers and introduce it to fresh ones, Smith showed the full cashless technology suite.

Additionally, it was able to highlight its all-new Version 4 mobile application. This allows play on machines with full gamification features to increase customer engagement and provide marketing opportunities to continue to reach customers after they have left a venue - with the intention of bringing them back.

"We had excellent feedback on this and really solidified our conclusion that this application is the future of cashless play.”

He added: ”The show itself was definitely worthwhile for us. It seemed the turnout on the Tuesday was rather slow to start but did pick up; that may have just been due to the increased size this year compared to last.”
