A new AR karting experience is set to open in Manchester, UK, this September.
Chaos Karts, a new attraction that combines live video game experiences with karting through augmented reality, features no physical obstacles on track and anti-collision technology in the karts, meaning that helmets and driving suits are not required.
Aimed at ages nine and above, players compete against each other to win points and races.
Courses will be projected onto the floor of the space, meaning a number of different tracks can be raced.
Each race will vary in design, and will come complete with pumping music and in-kart power-ups with weapons that allow players to battle right up to the finish line.
An early booking deal, which offers a discount on pre-booked tickets, ends on May 31.
